MBHP is proud to offer the Homes for Good Program, which facilitates the re-sale of affordable homes (including condominiums) to low- and moderate-income first-time homebuyers. The state has developed residential properties with deed restrictions to maintain affordability. When these homes are made available for re-sale, they are marketed to potential buyers who meet the established guidelines.
Who does Homes for Good help? Homes for Good provides low- and moderate-income first-time homebuyers with the opportunity to purchase an affordable home. MBHP works with the seller and potential buyer throughout the entire sale process, providing much needed guidance and support.
How does Homes for Good work? When affordable units come up for re-sale in our region, MBHP facilitates the re-sale process for the seller and the buyer. The Homes for Good Program is housed within our Housing Consumer Education Center.
Which homes are for sale? Two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Natick. 1041 square feet. $139,846 plus $328 condo feel. For an application or more information, contact Jennifer Shaw at jennifer.shaw@mbhp.org.
